Refunds Policy

Webstore refunds:

Games purchased on our webstore can be returned to us if they are still in shrink wrap and in sellable condition up to 30 days after the item was purchased. If you would like to get a refund please get in touch at Max@stoneswordgames.com before you send them item, this will let us know why the order has been returned and we can action your refund as soon as possible.

 

If you are seeking a refund due to missing components or parts being damaged in transit please contact Max@stoneswordgames.com and we are happy to discuss sending replacement parts.

 

Kickstarter/crowdfunding refunds policy:

Once a campaign has funded, we do not except refunds on the pledge. If you require a refund for a pledge placed via Kickstarter/crowdfunding due to exceptional circumstances please contact Max@stoneswordgames.com, please include the reason for the pledge cancellation and we will assess the request on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund is offered, we can only offer an 89% refund on your pledge. Our partners we use during Crowdfunding (Kickstarter, BackerKit, various banking apps) all take a percentage of money earned, the 89% refund means we do not make a loss on any cancelled pledges.

Note we can never guarantee a refund once a campaign has funded.
